    Can be hard to keep calm when there are a lot of orders. Other than that, it is a great experience.

    Make sure to support your team of shift supervisors and baristas. When everyone gets along and doesn't feel negative criticism, the store functions great!

    Starbucks is all about the people. If you enjoy people, it's a great environment. They strive to make everyone feel welcome.

    Cons

    Hours are dependent on business and the season, so there are certain times of year when there's not a lot to go around.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    When partners feel supported and appreciated by the company, they perform better. Showing appreciation for partners at the store level is both easy and highly necessary. Stop in and say something nice. Send a card. Anything.
