ProsInteract with some great people and earn valuable customer service experience!

ConsCan be hard to keep calm when there are a lot of orders. Other than that, it is a great experience.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake sure to support your team of shift supervisors and baristas. When everyone gets along and doesn't feel negative criticism, the store functions great!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
