Interact with some great people and earn valuable customer service experience!

I have been working at Starbucks part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Starbucks is all about the people. If you enjoy people, it's a great environment. They strive to make everyone feel welcome.

    Cons

Hours are dependent on business and the season, so there are certain times of year when there's not a lot to go around.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When partners feel supported and appreciated by the company, they perform better. Showing appreciation for partners at the store level is both easy and highly necessary. Stop in and say something nice. Send a card. Anything.
