Can pick up hours at other stores

Cons

If you are not used to working hard and working fast than this job (Coffee Barista) can be very challenging for you/ a rude awakening.

I overall loved my job and the company but its not for everyone.

Be open and honest with your team and recognize them for all of their hard work :)

    alot of information to process, long learning curve, no communication on promotion opportunities, can be stressful

    Don't micromanage, but let employees see you working as hard as them on the floor.
    Fewer complicated frappuccinos. Fewer cake pops.
