ProsWork doesn't follow you home, sense of community, benefits, pay, discount on coffee and products.

ConsIt's a LOT of hard work somedays. Every year they change the way they do things pretty drastically. The dress code is restrictive and sort of ridiculous.

Advice to Senior ManagementNever expect respect by telling, never forget how hard it is to be at the bottom of the ladder.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
