Cons

Management, particularly district manager level and above makes snap judgements about stores and implimenting changes. Have to be able to deal with a lot of change, both in staffing and in products. Things change all the time, and usually are not communicated very clearly.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay less attention to the customer voice surveys, they are not accurate representations of what is actually going on in your stotres. If you are going to continue such surveys, they should be on the back of the receipt tape and offerred to all customers like almost all other companies do. Also, start offerring free wi-fi. All of your competitors have free wi-fi and you are driving people away.
