    Pros

Flexible hours, great people, free grande bev with each shift

    Cons

The cons all stem from anywhere food service related. Low hourly pay (but there are regular raises!)

  2. It has become a 2nd home for me, and that's a good thing!

    Pros

Work doesn't follow you home, sense of community, benefits, pay, discount on coffee and products.

    Cons

It's a LOT of hard work somedays. Every year they change the way they do things pretty drastically. The dress code is restrictive and sort of ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

Never expect respect by telling, never forget how hard it is to be at the bottom of the ladder.
