    Pros

Benefits for lowly baristas. Better work environment than any other job that involves food service. Higher pay than other food service. I recommend being a barista at Starbucks while a student, or in between better jobs.

    Cons

Hard, thankless work. It's food service, and the cons are all the things that come along with that. And having an inconsistent schedule no more than 2 weeks in advance makes it hard to have a life.

    Advice to Management

    More consistent schedules for baristas.

  2. A good part time position.

    Pros

Free coffee, discount on coffee, busy and fast paced environment

    Cons

The slow times seem to drag on.
