    Pros

Great co-workers, the best benefits of any part-time job! Ok pay, tips are nice

    Cons

Stressful. You do not sit around drinking coffee! Its also easy to get "stuck" here because your satisfied, though you should be looking for better opportunities.

I have been working at Starbucks part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Working with a good team of people makes all the difference when it was busy. From my experience it was that teamwork that made me get through the busy times as a barista. Moderate pay for a non-managerial position. You get tips on the side, that are given out weekly, and if I remember right, health benefits were provided for part-time employees.

    Cons

Sometimes the customers and really early shifts. Morning shifts starting at 4 or 430 a.m. but I guess thats part of the business.
