Pros

This company is amazing to work for. I have amazing benefits and amazing people I work with!

I worked at Starbucks part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great employees (sometimes), free drinks, looks great on resume, good benefits, good products

    Cons

Met alot of unpleasant people (number far surpases that of other jobs), not very rewarding, no room for growth

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There needs to be better room for growth in the company. It seems people will stay in the same position for 10 years, despite excellent performance.
