    Pros

You learn a lot about professionalism right away and are given a good level of accountability to work with for a first job.

    Cons

It's a more demanding job than it should be for a standard barista. If you're a student and are looking to make some extra money while you're in school, don't work at Starbucks because they will treat your job like it's your career.

    Advice to Management

Don't put so much pressure on younger employees to meet Starbucks priorities over their own, accept millenials for who they are and what they want.
