    Pros

    the benefits like health care, free coffee , tuition reimbursement, discounts

    Cons

    unfair termination of older workers . Not only was I terminated because of my age now I can't get my unemployment because of a catch 22 policy

    Older workers are dependable committed and loyal should not toss out like trash

    Pros

    The soul of a small company with the resources of a Fortune 500 multinational. Serving more than 50 million people every week in 60 countries.

    Cons

    Some bureaucratic hassles, but less than most big companies. Advancement often requires a willingness to relocate.
