    the benefits like health care, free coffee , tuition reimbursement, discounts

    Cons

    unfair termination of older workers . Not only was I terminated because of my age now I can't get my unemployment because of a catch 22 policy

    Advice to Management

    Older workers are dependable committed and loyal should not toss out like trash

    Dedicated team members, good benefits, responsive corporate staff.

    Demoralizing write ups and micro-management.

    Advice to Management

    Local DM's need training on how to positively motivate team members and store managers. They focus too much on what's wrong and not on what's going well. Encouragement goes a long way in having dedicated employees.
