    Pros

    Benefits, Flexibility,Tips, Stock Options. Some of the BEST co-workers and friends I've ever seen. Great Managers (everyone is like family) Embraces Diversity like no other!

    Cons

    Corporate expectations sometimes unreasonable, District Managers are extra annoying, Pay isn't competitive

    Advice to Management

    Always remember to show appreciation to your employees. All most people want is to know that someone cares. As long as this is Shown, Starbucks will continue to be a fabulous company
