Pros

I loved the people I worked with. The tips were amazing, my house was overstocked with free coffee bean/tea received per week, and although I never really got to use the health benefits, it was great to know that it was there for me to use!

Cons

Sometimes I felt as if the manager or assistant manager were not capable of their job. They would be great at dealing with customers but would occasionally forget to order an item or come in late.

Advice to Management

none!

    Pros

The people who work there, the food, and the sights.

    Cons

There are no bad things about working there to me.

    Advice to Management

Be on time. Be kind to everyone. Always be friendly. That's what I think should be forced though.

  2. Good company for part-time workers, but can be stressful at times.

    Pros

Even part-time employees can qualify for full healthcare benefits, as well as a great 401k and profit sharing program.

    Cons

Saturday morning rushes during the Christmas season rank at the top of my most stressful work experiences of all time.
