Pros

The customers are always amazing. Your partners become a part of your family. You also have opportunity to do community service.

Cons

The turnover is ridiculous. You're constantly seeing partners come and go, making it difficult to train newbies.

Advice to Management

Always be available to help out on the floor when it's busy.

    Pros

Amazing benefits, great thorough training, learning new things and challenges everday.

    Cons

The amount of hours, especially early mornings. Lack of life/work balance. Training was a bit rushed and felt as if weren't prepared for adjusting to fast-paced environment.

    Advice to Management

    Look into hiring more workers

    Pros

The pay is higher because it is owned by the military, there are always interesting people from all over the world that you meet or work with, and there are usually new employees every year because most of the time the employees are military spouses and they PCS (relocate) after a few years.

    Cons

Because of employees PCSing, you don't get to be friends with co-workers for too long, HR takes a while time to process paperwork most of the time, and because it is owned by the military some promotions are not available at the Starbucks on base and that usually upsets customers.
