Pros

Lots of freebies... drinks, pastries, a pound of coffee per week
Many locations to choose from, particularly in heavily populated areas

Cons

Depending on store, work culture can be very immature
Transferring to a different store is very difficult
Some store managers take forever to get simple things like referral bonuses processed
Employee favoritism and a lot of workplace drama
Best employees are routinely given unpleasant assignments (drive-thru, deep cleaning) while new or weak employees are given pleasant assignments (front register, light cleaning)

Advice to Senior Management

Focus on who is actually attempting to do a good job; reward good work ethic with good job assignments, promotions, and appropriate raises.
