ProsGreat benefits for part-time employees, great education on coffee, relaxed yet stimulating, Coffee rushes are fast and furious.

ConsDon't really like all the new menu items such as frapps and sweet drinks... but hey that's my opinion

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep tabs on those micro-managers. They are annoying.
