    Free coffee. Fun employees to work with.

    Cons

    Crappy hours, overworked, and understaffed. Hard to move up after shift lead position.

    Please fix the scheduling.

    Pros

    The Partner discount and Free Whole Bean coffee per week is awesome. Part-time benefits are also awesome. Great stock plan and 401k.

    Cons

    Terrible Customers, Lack of Respect from Management, Over-time equals write up, Breaks often forgotten. Low-pay.

    Advice to Management

    Impress upon managers to better staff their stores during peak hours and to seek out and utilize tools such as Green Apron Cards.
