Pros

Benefits are huge! Reviews are every six months.

Cons

Cleaning is probably the worse thing.

    Pros

    I have the ability to interact with customers and have my opinions heard. There is constant recognition for my hard work which always makes me feel more empowered.

    Cons

    There is a lot of redundancy, a lot of minor cleaning tasks and very static routines.
