    I worked at Starbucks full-time for more than a year


    Pros: Unfortunately, only after I left the company did I realize how truly amazing their 401k and health insurance options were. I would have stayed… Cons: Not great pay, lots of people who work there long term are subject… Advice to Senior Management: Pay your employees higher wages, promote from within to inspire… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
