Started in 2006, company has changed drastically since, but the culture I was hired into was amazing.

Pros

Benefits, good discount, positive environment. Had a great team who all understood one another (though personalities differed greatly), everyone had each other's backs.

Cons

Definitely felt unappreciated at times. Company has changed entirely now.

Advice to Management

Stop letting good managers go to save money by hiring newbies.

    Pros

Good Benefits, Faced paced job, good corporate structure. I experienced quick promotion when I showed high work performance. Fellow employees were usually a mix of personalities which made work fun. Detailed guidelines of what is expected on a shift left everyone accountable for the success of the store.

    Cons

Store Managers sometimes have too much room to mis-manage employees. I experienced a few management styles and was most of the time pleased however when I ran into a manager who was in over their head, he was allowed to blame other employees, fire them for small misdemeanors while the manager got away with blatant violations of company policies. As I exited the company, I filed a report with the Company Hotline and nothing was resolved. To this day, the manager is still working at the store.

    Advice to Management

Have a closer check with employees and management satisfaction. If a store has an entire staff turnover, it's highly likely there is a problem with Store Manager
