Pros

Great benefits for both full time and part time employees, also if you need a part time job, its easy to work the early shift and be done by 10-11 am and have the whole rest of the day for other things!

Cons

Pay sucks. Horrible. And they do not train you well. They push sales on coffee beans, but most of your customers are coming to get coffee from you and not make their own - really annoying to push that on them.

    Pros

This is an amazing company that cares about the employees and gives back to the community. Great insurance offered, free coffee, easy to pick up extra shifts, educates you about the product and company goals.

    Cons

I drank so much coffee I thought my heart would stop.

    Advice to Management

Even on the stressed days remember to keep cool and be respectful!

    Pros

flexible hours great people to work with a lot of opportunity

    Cons

Difficult to stay motivated, customer service can be taxing on one's emotions

    Advice to Management

Corporate should look for more potential from their retail stores when hiring for their corporate offices, it makes more sense to look for people who already know the culture.
