I have been working at Starbucks part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Stable, benefits, decent pay including tips. Coworkers are usually cool people as Starbucks does try to have some standards when hiring. Hours are generally very flexible but that can vary a lot if the store is lacking coverage.

    Cons

A lot to learn, it can get really busy which isn't fun when you're understaffed. Customers can be particular about their drinks to the point where you'd think it must be a joke.
