I worked at Starbucks full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great environment. Music playing all the time, discounts on food and drinks. You get nice tips and there is always opportunity for more hours if you want. Also, nice company culture.

    Cons

Sometimes have to put up with stingy customers... but hey, nobody is perfect!

I have been working at Starbucks full-time

    Pros

Great people, customers, tuition reimbursement, tips, stock options, coffee mark outs, flexible schedule, fun work environment, room to grow

    Cons

Early morning shifts are hard to balance with a work/life balance. Some stores have a high turnover so it's hard to get a solid experienced team when there are always new partners coming in
