I worked at Starbucks part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Generally awesome co-workers, coffee benefits. The pound-a-week was great for trying new coffee flavors. Benefits after six months.

    Cons

Managers can vary in how much they are willing to work with you on schedule. Their scheduling system is horrible. Nearly impossible to get 40 hours a week without taking other partner's shifts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe give us the hours you promised, instead of squeezing is so you get a better bonus. Your job performance sometimes can at the cost of our literal livelihoods.

I worked at Starbucks full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Weekly Mark-Out of free coffee, tea, VIAs etc.
The benefits are pretty awesome as well.
    Extremely fun environment!!

    Cons

The pay sucks! As an opener, you are there by 430 and depending on your store, you wont leave until 1 or 2 which would be okay IF it wasn't constantly busy.

    Store management also sucks!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Train Story Managers BETTER please!
