    Great opportunities, hours, education on products! Benefits are awesome!!

    Takes forever to advance. I have years experience in retail and management. You start from the bottom and have to work your way up.

    Pros

    Attention to product quality. 401k match for part time employees. Health insurance for part time employees. Tuition reimbursement program is expanding. Vacation grants for tenured employees.

    Cons

    Compensation generally low for New York City cost of living. Challenging to get experience in other departments if you start in operations. Very physical job.
