    Great benefits, work life balance and amazing people. Starbucks truly invests in their employees and gives people the tools they need to succeed.

    Working for Starbucks, it's challenging to move up within the company. Managers give you the tools you need, but don't always priortize mentorship.

    Reviews need to happen more frequently and in a more timely manner. Also, employees need to be pushed to set career goals instead of becoming stagnant in the same role for multiple years.
