Pros

The people are great as is the training you receive when you first get hired. No day is like the last and the constant change keeps us on our feet. Vendor community respects the work coming out of Starcom

Cons

The promotion system is a bit antiquated and does not always go to who deserves it most. Also, the salary is not competitive.

Advice to Senior Management

There needs to be more talent sharing across teams. Promotions should be based on worth, not time spent on a specific medium.
