Pros

Starcom not only has one of the most renown training programs, but the experience you will gain here is second to none. The job gets stressful at times but there are always people willing to help out and answer questions.

Cons

For the amount of work you do, it seems Starcom pays less then other agencies in the area.

Advice to Senior Management

I think there are some amazing leaders here as well as some terrible ones. However, I think that is how it is at any company.
