Former Employee – worked at Starcom USA full-time for less than a year

Pros – Lots of benefits from clients made its way to employees, such as free Kellogs products!

Cons – Once you are assigned to a team, you may not like the director or teammates, who have full control over your next rotation.

Advice to Senior Management – Do not promote Associates to Supervisors just because they've spent their 2 years there.
