    Lots of benefits from clients made its way to employees, such as free Kellogs products!

    Cons

    Once you are assigned to a team, you may not like the director or teammates, who have full control over your next rotation.

    Advice to Management

    Do not promote Associates to Supervisors just because they've spent their 2 years there.

    Pros

    Client roster, rotational program, office location

    Cons

    Non-monetary perks (client dinners, "freebies", vacation calendar) get old very quickly. What incentivizes a 23 year old doesn't work on older employees

    Advice to Management

    Go to business school. Learn how to run your business & grow your employees.
