Pros

they do good medicine. There is a family type atmosphere with most of the employees. It is rewarding working with the patients.

Cons

I do not feel that I am being compensated for the many hours I put in, or the amount of work and responsibilities that I have. I have put in many years at this office hoping for better compensation and recognition but it just isn't there. The doctors are great to work for but they put too much governing athority in the hands of the administrator who makes working at this practice very hard.

Advice to Senior Management

Show more respect for your employees that we really work hard to keep this practice one of the top practices in the area.
