Stark Enterprises – “Be in the boys club or don't bother!”

Pros

Great projects for Cleveland and surrounding areas. Crocker Park, the Eton Collection, and their dream of redoing the downtown area. They do provide healthcare, dental and vision benefits, but they can be very costly if you have a family. They do a beautiful tree lighting ceremony at crocker park every year that is something i was proud to be at.

Cons

Management is unfair. It's a huge boys club and the owner cannot be wrong ever. No matter what you do it's never enough, and there are a lot of questionable practices that go on with construction. There's little room for growth, and little positive feedback is ever received.
