Starkey Laboratories – “A great experience”

Pros

They offer good pay. Many of the employees are great to work with. Good balance between work and personal life.

Cons

Being in IT, I don't think Starkey is the right company for me. Starkey revolves around sales, and sales is where a lot of my favorite people to work with are located.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to the ideas of your employees. I've seen many great ideas tossed around, but only to be shut down by upper management.
