I have been working at Starlight Children's Foundation full-time

    Pros

Thank you for the opportunity to work with a team of colleagues that work hard and always look for solutions and a better way to improve for the mission to serve more kids.

    Cons

The pay is not more than you can get working for a for-profit company, but it's pretty competitive for the sector. The benefits are actually in the top 5% of all companies which is great.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers at all levels let you can identify an issue or a process improvement and give you the ability to fix it no matter what your ranking or seniority. Pretty cool.
