Pros

Flexible hours, very easy to pick and drop shifts Good money (tips). Though sometimes inconsistent. Strong management team. Beautiful building

Cons

Poor benefits. Insurance is mediocre. There is no paid parking. So be prepared to pay $10 per day That is all.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work guys. I've never worked in a location with such friendly and helpful managers in my life.

    Con: Hotel was poorly staffed

    Don't expect great guest satisfaction survey results when there's not enough people working to adequately fulfill guest expectations.

    Pros

    A better understanding of what not to do at the next place you work.

    Cons

    Treated unfairly by management, hard to communicate to some of the managers who don't speak English . Scheduling problems when you put in a request 2 weeks a head and the manager still dose not work around it. Horrible communication. Managers don't help employees out when needed. They get mad at you when you ask for help or ask a question about something.

    Advice to Management

    Better communication between managers and employees, better understanding if something happens like a thunderstorm when you have employees working outside. Professionalism training for managers due to unprofessionalism towards employees like me.
