for the image that you are working in one of the biggest hotels chain in the world, and it has a good reputation worldwide making it easy for you to find a better and higher position job for your future

Cons

Advancement of career are hard and not really fair.

Advice to Senior Management

be more respectfull and acknowledge your staff
