Cons

Sometimes you wonder how some of the senior management managed to become senior management. Nepotism, questionable dating practices leading to significant promotions. Plus the chaos on top, constant churn every couple of years. Oh and ask anyone if there is an actual mentorship program. *sound of crickets chirping*

Every large organization has politics, that's just a fact of life. The problem with Starwood is there is nothing in place to help mitigate it.
