In Starwood we groom businessmen, who understand the nature of the business and they can reach success easily with professionalism and integrity. I feel that I am a reference for the way how the job gets done.

Service Culture Transformation, Hot Academy, Leading Starwood and many other programs make me more confident in what I am doing.

Every single day becomes a challenge and a new success because of the expertise that I gained with such a giant.

Cons – Nothing that I am aware of.

Advice to Senior Management – Recapturing the talent that left the company during recession.
