Pros

pay and starhot rate is good

Cons

If you are looking to get promoted you better suck up to the senior management if you are not thier friend there will be no promotion

Advice to Senior Management

get ou tof your offices and go and talk to the mid level managers and find out what really is going on at the hotels not just from the G.M. he/she will tell you what you want to hear no tthe truth
