I have been working at Starwood Hotels & Resorts full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good training, good support staff. Managers really focus on making you better. Got great deals for hotels all over the country.

Cons

If a guest called in and needed to do something with their reservation, the only thing you could do was to email the hotel, which was rather difficult to provide good customer services.

    Pros

    great team effort with the staff

    Cons

    hard long hours with no appreciation from the management, they don't see the overall qualities and value of long term employees. too focused on numbers detrimental to guest service and staff morale. yet they mouth guest recovery and experience.

    take care of your tenured employees. they have been there longer than the managers.

    I have been working at Starwood Hotels & Resorts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Software system is the best I've worked with. On-site server is blazing fast and the user interface breaks everything down very simply. That being said, the software is also very deep and customizable if need be.

    Cons

    Central reservations could be a little more personable, but I speak of a few isolated instances

    You have all the best ingredients. Start baking more cakes.
