Pros

1. People are extremely friendly.
2. Great learning experience about the luxury hospitality industries.
3. Great exposure towards the systems that they use and the way that people interact with each other.

Cons

Gets repetitive. Sometimes people are not sure about what they are supposed to do.

Advice to Management

Communication channels need to get cleaner.

    -Great managment
    -Nice facilities (I think they have been newly renovated)
    -Fun work environment- they have games sometimes for the employees
    -Starbucks on the property with a discount
    -Advancement Opportunities

    -Parking can be troublesome at times

    Pros

    The company is at the leading edge of innovation in the industry. One of the largest companies, each of its many brands have a distinct identity. Sheraton -- you belong Westin -- be well etc. There is a brand for every customer and an ideal work environment out there for everyone in hospitality.

    Cons

    The base hourly wage for the department I have experience in has not been raised in 8 years; and the annual performance review increases cap out at 5% for "outstanding".

    Advice to Management

    The health plans offered are overpriced and not well-suited to the majority of the employees at my property. More options would improve things.
