Starwood Hotels & Resorts – “Good company if you like hotels and if you want to get your foot in the door of the hotel industry.”
Pros
Competitive pay, good advancement opportunities, and I just plain like the work.
Cons
Sometimes they're too "idea" and "brand" motivated...which wouldn't in itself be a bad thing, but this "brand vision" is constantly changing.
