    Pros

3 weeks training I can't think of one more positive thing to add.

    Cons

So many new people, stepping over each other. They have nowhere for them to sit, while waiting on a tour. Constantly being shuffled around from room to room to out on a balcony. This is the summer in Orlando so it is hot and humid. U may wait standing up for 5 hours for a tour that never comes. And there's a new class being trained every month. So more new people but no thought-out plan to integrate them in cohesively. This is why people don't stay

    Advice to Management

Show some respect for the new reps. Why is turnover 90%? It's because you treat them so badly. And it's pretty clear the good tours are being fed to favorites.

    Pros

Getting to meet people from different backgrounds/cultures, food, bonus for "perfect sells", bonus pay for holidays, good training program, discount stays at hotels in brand.

    Cons

Dealing with difficult situations, sales team will over sale hotel leaving front desk agent to walk a customer upon arrival, under staffed, middle management needs to all be on same page. I will get three different explanations from three different managers on how I should have dealt with a situation, all seem to contradict each other. I applied for the front desk management position and was told it was being phased out. There is only three front desk agents working to cover a position 24/7. Management discourages overtime. 401 k program was phased out. Middle management requires you to do the job of 3 to 4 people while you are the only one at the hotel.

    Advice to Management

Hire more staff, promote hard working employees, offer some benifits,
