I have been working at Starwood Hotels & Resorts

    Pros

Very fun staff, beautiful hotel, a lot of money to be made, and good management team. Also, food is not too bad.

    Cons

A lot of drama inside of hotel, upper upper management don't seem to do much, can be very irrational with schedule.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut down on the drama inside; this is work and should be treated as such. Also, get better food in the cafe.

I worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts

    Pros

Good professional experience dealing with adults in the workplace. Gained some accounting know-how.

    Cons

Tedious. Sometimes there isn't anything for you to help with. A lot of time is spent helping to "witness" the counting of money. Gotta love the segregation of duties.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management does a good job. They should put in a little bit more facetime so that employees know who they are working for.
