Perks are the best in the entertainment biz. Compensation more than average, 401K beyond excellent, health benefits very good, no micro managing, allowance for Starz Channel

Cons

Management sucks. HR is weak and management in general is really bad. Where did they find these execs? Half of them dont even come from solid worl experience background. There are some that are good but can count that on one hand.

Advice to Senior Management

Get well educated and well rounded employees. Get a HR team in place that lines up wuth the various divisions. HR is hands off.
