Amazing Job, Excellent Opportunity for Growth

Customer Response Center Representative (Current Employee)
Jacksonville, FL

ProsAs of right now i'm on a contract with a temp agency, but was notified i'm more than likely going to be picked up permanently from State Farm. It's a great job! From what I was briefed on, there is plenty of room for movement and growth, from Claims Rep, to ISR which is Internet Service and Support for statefarm.com, CCR which is catastrophe claims and even further, like an claims adjuster/inspector to agent. Awesome benefits, corporate discounts, etc....

ConsNone that I can think of just yet, other than maybe it could get repetitive for you but no call is the same.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
