Cons

Very competitive to get a job
If you don't already work for the company, it is much harder to get in
If you are not good at working in teams, it may not be the place for you

    Pros

    Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. There are many aspects to the internship, you're getting a wide range of experience.

    Cons

    A lot of down time in the AFO. Not always busy.

    Mostly all are very helpful and go out of their way to give advice.

    Family culture, nice people, work/life balance (in the right departments)

    Cons

    Company going through large downsizing. Jobs are moving to Bloomington, Dallas, Arizona, or Atlanta. Also, computers eliminating people. Agents and operations tend not to like each other.

    As you make the tough decisions, remember your employees
