Cons

I personally haven't had any downsides working at state farm. If there was a downside it would be I'm working part time and not full time.

I worked at State Farm full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Helping customers navigate unexpected day to day problems, developing relationships with customers, relatively easy work.

    Cons

Regional management has its head up its ass, management at an agency level is run like a frat house. Always aware that your employment is based on the mood of the agent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Modify new agent contract so as to not encourage blatant frat boy behavior in local agents (adjust SMCV, etc).
