Co workers are well qualified and we work well as a team.

Cons

When upper management gets an idea that really doesn't work and they get negative feedback from staff, they don't change the direction until it has run the course. They don't seem to be able to admit that was a wrong direction.

Advice to Senior Management

Ask for direction from those who might know - those actually affected by the change before you spend a ton of money on that change and you could save money and keep morale hight.
