    Pros

Pay is pretty good and benefits are great.

    Cons

Way too focused on sales and not about the customers these days. Good if you are an up and comer who's good with and enjoys the hard sell.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring back some of the old-school "customer satisfaction is the most important thing" mentality.

I have been working at State Farm full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Great benefits
Allows great opportunity to build corporate environment competencies
Coworkers are willing to help and open to feedback
Great training for individuals with no insurance experience

    Cons

    Micro-managed environment
High levels of stress dealing with customers expectations
Call center with extremely high incoming call volume
In order to advance, you must go above and beyond

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on rewarding and allowing hard workers opportunity for advancement. Starting salary is too low for type of work expected. Focus more on keeping pace with competitors as some internal operations can be improved
