Don't do it

Claims Processor (Current Employee)
Tulsa, OK

Pros- air conditioned building
- they let you park near the building if your on late shift (management informed us this is a perk that not everyone gets to have)
- great kool aid and robes

Cons- micromanagement
- if your in a department that is short staffed and their is a promotion available they will not look at you and go with an outside hire
- lots of lip service

Advice to Senior ManagementState Farm is so far behind the times it is shocking, we're slow to adapt and the pricing of our policies is poorly done. Fix it. Also, how about you start valuing your employees?

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
