State Farm Insurance Agent in Miami, FL:   (Current Employee)

Pros

If you don't have a degree, then it is a place where you can earn a good yearly income. If you plan to open your own agency this is a great opportunity.

Cons

Since you deal with the majority of the community out there, you will realize that the majority of consumers are not educated in this industry and can be sometimes frustrating to work with. If you do not like to dealing with stupid people i.e. some consumers, this job will not be for you.

Advice to Senior Management

Small business owners i.e agents need to want to change to improve and not settle for complancy.
